How do I order Balloons?
To order online, click into the item you’d like, fill out the required details, and follow the prompts to check out with In-Store Pickup selected.

What Balloon Services do you offer?
At The Balloon Zone, we specialize in creating custom balloon décor for all occasions—big or small! From bold number marquees to arches, hoops, and full installations, we bring your vision to life with color, creativity, and care.

Do you delivery?
Yes! We offer FREE delivery during regular business hours within 20 minutes of Gladewater.
Deliveries outside of business hours or on weekends are available for an additional fee, based on distance. Please call us directly at 903-844-6354 to inquire and schedule your delivery.

How long will my Balloons last?
This depends on the style you select and the environment but generally:
INDOOR BALLOONS:
- Helium Latex Balloons: 8 to 12 hours (we recommend picking up helium balloons the day of your party. If this isn’t possible then we recommend the day before and to let us know so we can add hi-float - this will help them last for 24hrs)
- Helium Jumbo Balloons: 2-3 days
- Helium Foil Balloons: 5-7 Days
- Garlands, Luxury Bouquets, Columns, Arches etc... Can last up to 4 weeks plus or longer if kept indoors.
OUTDOOR BALLOONS:
- We cannot answer this question with 100% certainty. The outdoor environment is outside of our control. Extreme heat, humidity, wind and rain all affect balloon decor outdoors.

Can I come into the store to order Balloons?
Yes, of course you can! We are happy to chat with you in person and discuss ideas for your next celebration.
How far in advance do I need to order?
We have customers come in and need items right then and others who order months ahead.
We always try to accommodate; smaller air-filled bouquets or helium bundles can be done same day.
If you’d like a BIG luxury bouquet, columns, arches and garlands please at least give us 24hrs.
If you have a specific theme and colors and want to create a custom design, please allow 2-3 weeks. This gives us time to order specialty balloons and colors if needed.

What is a Grab & Go Balloon Garland?
Grab & Go Balloon Garlands are for customers who don’t need balloon installation services. Our Grab & Go Garlands are fully created balloon garlands that can be picked-up from our store front in Staunton. Everything is already done for you and there is no work required on your end. We’ve done all the blowing up and assembly! All you have to do is hang it up yourself. We even include hooks, so the entire process is stress free and easy!
What types of balloons do you use?
We use the highest quality latex available. Our latex balloons are all 100% biodegradable. We also use mylar foil balloons and although these are not biodegradable, they can be reused or recycled!
Can I provide my own balloons?
Yes, but please note that we cannot guarantee the quality of balloons provided from outside our shop. If they are defective or burst during or after inflation, you will still be charged the full amount for the balloon(s).
Since we can't verify their quality or float time, we also can't accurately answer questions like “how long will these balloons last?”
Do you offer anything other than balloons?
Yes! In addition to custom balloon decor, we also offer event rentals like greenery walls, shimmer walls, Chiara arches, gold frame arches, pipe & drape, and white cylinder pedestal sets.
