At THE BALLOON ZONE, we make your celebrations effortless with reliable balloon delivery and professional service. From helium bouquets to larger décor pieces, we’re happy to bring the party to you!

What We Deliver

For larger décor items (like arches, and custom installs), please fill out our Balloon Event Inquiry Form so we can assist with delivery and setup options.

📍 Where We Deliver

Free Delivery:
We offer FREE delivery within Gladewater city limits.

Outside Gladewater:
Delivery outside of Gladewater is available and charged by mileage. A separate invoice will be sent for the delivery fee after your order is placed.

Minimum Order for Delivery

To ensure efficient service, we require a minimum order value of $25 for delivery

Need something delivered after hours?
No problem—just ask! We’ll do our best to accommodate based on availability.

📦 Delivery Guidelines

Someone Must Be Present

We require someone to be available at the scheduled delivery time to receive and inspect your balloons. If no one is present and we have not received specific delivery instructions in advance, your items will not be left.

Safe Drop (By Request Only)

If you'd like us to leave your order in a specific location, please email us written instructions before delivery. Weather permitting, we’ll do our best to accommodate—but NOW IT’S A PARTY is not responsible for any damage, theft, or weather-related issues after drop-off.

Missed Deliveries

We allow a 15-minute grace period at the delivery location. After that, your order will be returned to our Staunton shop and made available for pickup during business hours. No second delivery attempts will be made.

🎓🎈 School & Hospital Deliveries

We can deliver to schools and hospitals with the following considerations:

Schools:

  • You must confirm with the school that they allow balloon deliveries.
  • We will leave items at the front office—deliveries to classrooms are not permitted.

Hospitals:

  • Please check if the hospital is latex-free before placing your order. We offer latex-free options if needed.
  • Balloons will be delivered to the receptionist or designated staff.

THE BALLOON ZONE is not responsible for any product issues once balloons are handed off to staff at schools, hospitals, or hotels.

🏨 Hotel Deliveries

Balloons will be left with the receptionist. Please note we are not liable for misplaced or damaged items once delivered to hotel staff.
