If you need to reschedule your order, please do so at least two weeks before your event date, and we'll be happy to apply your deposit to a future date based on availability. Cancellations made less than one week before the event are not eligible for rescheduling. Deposits are non-refundable, and cancellation fees will apply.
What is your cancellation policy?
Air-filled balloons can last for weeks, depending on indoor conditions. Latex helium balloons, when treated with hi-float, usually stay afloat for about 48 hours, though this can vary based on how they're stored (like temperature and room conditions) and any weight attached to them. To keep your balloons in top shape, avoid placing them near heat, sharp objects, wood, brick, or grass. Once balloons are safely delivered, we can't be responsible for any that pop or are let go. Keep in mind that all balloons have a much shorter lifespan outdoors—they can pop under direct heat and prolonged sun exposure.
